Monticello Avenue House

A Mediterranean Facade with 1920s frame, filled with 1970s renovations, this house yearned for more light, less separation, and more sophistication.

Conceptually, our edits were simple, new skylights anchor colored volumes subtracted from the house and allow light to flow from room to room in unexpected ways. Colors spill
